He is Senior Vice President, Asset Management at BRE Hotels & Resorts and has held numerous leadership positions across the board in the hospitality industry. Tolbert was the President & Managing Director of The Boca Raton prior to joining BRE and he has also served as the President of Sales & Marketing, LXR Luxury Resorts, The London NYC and The London West Hollywood Hotel & Resort brands. You can also add management roles at the Lotte New York Palace, Marriott Maui and Marriott Waikola Beach to his plate.

Tolbert is Chairman of the Revelation Consultancy, a leading real estate advisory group servicing Fortune 500 clients.
